Warranty

Every Fenix product sold through Canadian Flashlights Supply is covered by the Fenix limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
• LED failure under normal operating conditions
• Electronic component failure not caused by misuse

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, finish wear, lens marks from regular use)
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage from use of incompatible or low-quality batteries
• Water damage resulting from use beyond the product's rated IP level
• Consumable components such as batteries, switches, O-rings, and pocket clips

Warranty Period

Fenix flashlights and headlamps carry a limited lifetime warranty. Batteries and chargers are covered for one year from the date of purchase. Accessories are covered for six months.

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
2. We will assess the claim and provide shipping instructions if applicable
3. Ship the product to our Mississauga, Ontario location
4. We will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you

Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Warranty claims without proof of purchase may be subject to the manufacturer's discretion.

Authorized Dealer Advantage

As an authorized Fenix dealer, we can process warranty claims directly. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces may not be eligible for warranty service through our store.
