Return Policy

You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Exchange Policy

Need a different model or changed your mind? We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item to our Mississauga, Ontario location
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or show signs of use
• Items without original packaging
• Products returned after the 30-day window

Defective Products

If you received a defective product, please visit our warranty page or contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping for confirmed defective items.
