Bulk & Volume Pricing

Tiered discounts apply to orders of 5 units or more. Larger orders — 25, 50, or 100+ units of the same model — qualify for additional pricing. Mixed-model orders are welcome and we'll quote across the entire cart, not just per-line. Send us your model list and required quantities and we'll come back with a written quote, lead time, and total delivered to your address.

Purchase Orders & Government Procurement

We accept POs from registered organizations on Net 30 terms after a credit reference is on file. We can issue formal quotations on company letterhead, respond to RFQs and RFPs, and supply the documentation procurement teams typically need: GST/HST registration, WSIB clearance, CCAB status if applicable, and a completed vendor information form. If your organization uses a procurement portal, we'll register and submit through it.

Custom Kitting & Pre-Configuration

Outfitting a team or rolling out new gear? We can pre-install batteries, charge units before shipping, label individual kits with employee or unit numbers, and pack to your specification. Engraving and asset tagging are available on request through our supplier relationships.

Every product we sell is sourced through Fenix's authorized Canadian distribution channel. That matters for procurement: counterfeit and grey-market flashlights are a real problem in this category, and only authorized dealers can offer the full Fenix limited lifetime warranty. Our warranty service is handled in Mississauga, Ontario — no shipping units back to China and no waiting on cross-border claims.
